Ace Hotel Wedding: Palm Springs, California
One of my favorite places to relax and knock back a couple of cocktails has always been Ace Hotel in Palm Springs. I seriously love the vibe. Yes, drinks served poolside until 2am is one of those reasons. But this post isn’t about me, it’s about Ali, Chris, and their Ace Hotel wedding.
Ali and Chris met at Lake Mojave while essentially boating, camping, boozing, and all that fun stuff. After a whirlwind romance that included Chris cooking breakfast in the nude every Saturday, this awesome couple got engaged. The plan: get married at a church in Palm Desert, where Ali’s uncle had been a Pastor for nearly 30 years, then bus back to Ace Hotel for cocktails. The plan went off without a hitch. The wedding was authentic, full of good energy, and a blast for all 200+ guests. Below are some photos from this awesome venue, plus helpful info if you want to learn more about getting married here.

What People Actually Say About Getting Married Here
I’ve read through a stack of reviews from real couples who got married at Ace. A few things keep coming up over and over. The staff gets mentioned by name in almost every single one, which says a lot. Multiple couples booked their rehearsal dinner, the wedding, and a Sunday brunch all on property. Their whole crew never had to worry about transportation all weekend. A few couples called out how the Commune’s mid-century, desert-boho look matched their vision without much extra decor needed.
The Party Doesn’t Have To End At 10pm
Music at the Commune and Clubhouse wraps around 10pm, standard for outdoor Palm Springs venues. Multiple reviews mention just walking the whole party over to the Amigo Room, the hotel’s own bar, once the reception ends. Easy way to keep the night going without anyone driving anywhere.

A Few More Things Worth Knowing Before You Book
Yes, You Can Bring The Dog
Ace Hotel is pet friendly. More than one couple mentioned their dogs attended the wedding weekend with them, cookies included from the staff. On the practical side, the venue books events as small as 10 guests. Not exclusively a big-wedding space. Bar service starts around $64 per person and covers a bartender, house liquor and wine, and a champagne toast. A real starting number for your budget before you even call their team.
