After photographing Sam and Alicia’s engagement session in Temecula earlier this year, I couldn’t wait for their October wedding at Europa Village Winery. These two were smart, attractive, and started their engagement session with beers at Blackbird Tavern. Basically my ideal subjects. Fast forward to their wedding day and boom: the dance floor was rocking, the beers were getting crushed. Everyone was having a kick-ass time.
Normally I’d go into more detail about how the wedding day flowed. But I’ve got so much work piling up, so here are the cliff notes. Sam had like 18 groomsmen. Maybe it was 16, I forget now, but it was a whole butt load of dudes. I imagine the bachelor party was insane. Alicia looked amazing, and her wedding dress and veil were (insert fire emoji). Each wedding package comes with 5 hours of celebration time. That’s plenty to get the ceremony, photos, and a little partying in. Need more time? You can purchase extra hours. Each additional hour before 5 pm costs $3,500, plus any applicable bar fees. Just remember, all festivities need to wrap by 10 pm, so plan wisely.
Can I Bring My Own Caterer To Europa Village?
No, Europa Village doesn’t permit outside catering. Their culinary team excels at exceptional meals and can tailor menus for dietary restrictions, so you can talk through your specific needs directly with them.
Do I Need To Pay A Deposit To Book Europa Village For My Wedding?
Yes. To lock in your wedding date, reach out to the events office and they’ll walk you through everything. The deposit is typically 10% of your total or $500, whichever is higher. That guarantees your date is officially reserved.
How Long Do I Have Access To The Bridal Suite Before The Ceremony?
The bridal suite is available 4 hours before your ceremony starts, giving you plenty of time for hair, makeup, and final touches. General vendor and decorator access to the room or ceremony site is 2 hours prior, so keep that timing in mind when you’re scheduling your other vendors.
Can I Hire A Live Band For My Europa Village Wedding?
Yes, live bands are welcome. A live band can really elevate the atmosphere of your celebration. Just make sure they comply with
Riverside County noise ordinances. Your day should be lively and lawful.
What Is The Cost Of Getting Married At Europa Village?
Wedding packages start at $79 per person and can go up to $125. That includes a delectable entrée, a starter, and fresh ciabatta bread with Europa maitre d’ butter. You’ll also get in-house coordination for your rehearsal, use of the facility for photos, and essentials like heaters, tables, chairs, and linens. Their team handles setup and takedown, with options for a hosted or cash bar, plus a bridal suite and fruit-infused water station.
