When I first chatted with Matt and Jen about their engagement session, they said they wanted Scripps College in Claremont, California. Naturally, I assumed it had some romantic backstory, maybe a first date or a memorable hangout. But Jen straight-up told me they just thought the campus looked cool.

Do You Need A Permit For Engagement Photos At Scripps College?

The Scripps College campus in Claremont is one of the best spots in eastern Los Angeles County for engagement photos. However, it is important to note that a permit fee for photography is required to shoot on the campus. Photographers are also not allowed to photograph any students or faculty and are prohibited from moving or altering any furniture or landscaping.
