After 300 plus weddings across Southern California I have watched couples skip the Temecula wedding videographer to save money and regret it within the first year. The father’s speech that stopped the room. The way your partner looked at you during the vows. The first dance when everyone crowded around and the whole night shifted. Those moments do not live in photographs. They live in film or they disappear.
Our work has been featured in Green Wedding Shoes, Martha Stewart Weddings, and Brides. We have shot at virtually every major venue in Temecula wine country and we know how the light moves through Wilson Creek in the late afternoon and what the Stone House at Temecula Creek Inn looks like when everything lines up right. That local knowledge shows up in the final film.
Why skipping professional videography means risking the moments that matter most. How to capture Temecula’s vineyards, estates, and outdoor ceremonies on film the right way. Which venues in the valley photograph and film beautifully and which ones work against you. How videography packages are structured and what you are actually paying for when you invest in a good one.
Temecula is genuinely beautiful but beauty alone does not tell your story. The energy in the room when the speeches start, the quiet moment between you two before the ceremony, the way your people showed up for you that day. That is what a skilled videographer captures and that is what disappears if nobody is there to get it.
Temecula wedding videography starts at $3,200 for a basic 3–6 minute short film captured by one videographer. Want something bigger? Full-length movies and same-day edits are available for couples looking to invest a little more. The goal? Capture your wedding so perfectly that every time you watch your film, you relive the joy, laughter, and magic of your big day all over again.
Hiring a photographer and videographer who actually work together changes the whole dynamic of your wedding day coverage. No competing for angles, no awkward moments where both of them are trying to be in the same spot at the same time. When the two are coordinated everyone knows their role and nothing gets missed.
Photography and videography are different art forms that capture completely different things. Your photos are what you frame and share. Your film is what brings the day back to life. The sound of your partner’s voice during the vows. The speech that wrecked everyone in the room. The dancing that got completely out of hand. You need both and they work better together than apart.
Temecula wine country gives you genuinely beautiful material to work with. The vineyards, the estates, the late afternoon light that comes through the valley. But none of that matters if the people capturing it are not paying attention to the right things at the right moments. A coordinated photo and video team means the whole story gets told, not just the parts that were easy to catch.
Hey there! I’m Ryan, a Temecula local born and raised right here in Southern California. For nearly 15 years, I’ve been lucky enough to capture weddings in this beautiful wine country—and every one has its own story. My work has been featured in places like Green Wedding Shoes, Martha Stewart Weddings, and Brides, and I’m grateful to have over 100 five-star Yelp reviews from couples I’ve worked with.
Even though I travel all over Southern California for weddings, Temecula will always be home, and I love helping couples like you bring their wedding day memories to life here. Whether your venue is a winery, a private estate, a barn, or a ranch, I’ve filmed it all—big or small, indoor or outdoor—and I’m excited to tell your story too.

As videographers in Temecula, California we are often asked who are the best wedding vendors and where are the coolest locations for winery weddings. First of all, we would encourage you to have those conversations with your wedding planner so they can go over photo booths, wedding invitations, engagement photos, and everything related to wedding vendors and venues. But if you are getting married in Temecula, California we would encourage you to check out these winery wedding spots that make photos and films easy to capture.
Ponte is right off Rancho California Road and honestly one of my favorite spots in the valley to shoot. The ceremony site has cypress trees in the foreground with the vineyards behind you and it sits right next to the bridal suite and grooms suite. That proximity sounds like a small detail but on a wedding day it makes a real difference. No rushing across the property, no losing the moment between getting ready and walking out.
The Vineyard Pavilion fits 250 plus guests and has enough space that even a large wedding never feels cramped. The Barrel Room is the move if you want something more intimate with exposed beams and oak barrels and that classic wine country feel.
The Vineyard Inn is right next door which means your guests can actually stay on property. And the Cellar Bar serves drinks until midnight. That last part is a bigger deal than people realize until they have been to a few Temecula weddings and watched everything shut down hard at 10pm for the noise ordinance. Ponte is one of the only spots in wine country where the night does not just stop.
Choose between the vineyard-rich Ponte Winery Garden or the serene waterside at The Pond at Ponte Vineyard Inn.
Bands or DJs are welcome, keeping in mind county noise ordinances.
Cottages and Ponte Vineyard Inn guest rooms offer convenient, comfortable spaces for getting ready.
Vineyard Pavilion or Barrel Room, both with dance-ready floors for your first dance and party.
With scenic vineyard views, versatile spaces, and thoughtfully designed guest and prep areas, Ponte Winery gives you a practical and picturesque setting for your Temecula wedding. Photographers and videographers will find plenty of spots to capture every detail—from vows and toasts to dancing and laughter—without missing a moment.

Danza Del Sol sits on 40 acres on the De Portola Wine Trail and is one of the more secluded options in Temecula wine country. The ceremony and reception spaces are private and removed from tasting room foot traffic which makes a real difference on your wedding day.
The ceremony area is intimate with vineyard views in every direction. The Barrel Room has been recently renovated with a picture window looking out over the vines. Other photographers who shoot here consistently mention the sunsets. No hills blocking the light during golden hour which is not something every Temecula venue can say.
One honest note. The outdoor ceremony area gets direct sun so if you are getting married in summer come prepared. Shade is limited and it comes up in reviews.

Callaway is the original. Established in 1974 as the first winery in Temecula Valley, this is where Southern California wine country began. That history shows up in the property. The hilltop setting, the mature vines, the views that stretch out over the valley in every direction.
The ceremony spots are genuinely beautiful. The West Lawn looks out over the Cabernet vineyards with sunset views of Temecula. The South Lawn sits adjacent to the Zinfandel vineyards with sweeping valley views. Both photograph well and give you something different depending on the time of day.
The Barrel Room is the standout for receptions. About 2,000 square feet surrounded by authentic filled wine barrels, glazed floors, candles, and six rustic chandeliers. It fits up to 240 guests for a dinner banquet and has that authentic wine country feel that a lot of venues try to manufacture but Callaway actually has.
There is also the Reserve Room with floor-to-ceiling windows and a private vineyard deck for smaller more intimate gatherings. All-inclusive packages are available which couples consistently mention as the thing that kept the planning process manageable.
The venue’s exquisite surroundings, spanning 20 acres and soaring 14,000 feet into the sky, offer an unparalleled view of California’s wine country, adding an elegant touch to your special day.

Cost Guides: Pricing begins at $10,000 for the venue and $2,500 for the ceremony, offering great value for a wine-country wedding.
